Trading account (Commodity/Cash), Demat account, Net Trading account may be opened on prescribed form with the terms & conditions mentioned in it and can be obtained from any of our branches/franchisees/associates.

Enquire from your member / franchisee/associates of all brokerage, commissions, fees and other charges which shall be levied on you for trading.

Bhumika consultancy Pvt Ltd. shall not be responsible for any non - executed orders.

Please confirm all your trades in your account on the same day evening. Any discrepancy, if found, to be brought into the notice immediately. Margin norms of the exchange / depository to be adhered and followed strictly.

Please ensure that you must preserve documentary proof of your deposits having made with the member / franchisee.

Terms & Conditions for Internet Trading

• Trading code shall be activated within 48 hours. User Id & Password & Client Code will be provided to clients.
• Client should have bank account with HDFC DENA BANK KOTAK BANK SBI.
• Demat A/C with a DDPI (Demat Debit and Pledge Instruction) facility only.
• As per instructions from SEBI & the Depositories, we are required to perform 2FA verification for all sell transactions where securities are debited from demat accounts using the Online DIS route (see more here). Therefore, the CDSL TPIN set by you will be required to be input each time a debit/sell transaction is initiated on the Platform from your holdings. This will be required only if the Online DIS route is being used, and not if you have submitted the physical Power of Attorney (available here).
• Both Trading & Demat A/C with AMC (Annual Maintenance Cost) are life time free.
• Demat Transaction charges are charged nominal.
• All purchase and sale with speculative nature that is not going to result into delivery must be compulsorily squared up off before 2:30 PM. Any failure in squaring up off that trade shall be at your risk and would be squared of by the system by 3:20 PM if it is of jobbing nature to give / take deliveries and funds accordingly.
• Jobbing trades may be converted by client himself with option available on trading screen.
• BTST (Buy Today Sell Tomorrow) Trades with be allowed with certain conditions.
• No limit increase request will be entertained on phone, every thing is automated.
• You agree to keep the information and service confidential and secret and you will not disclose it to any person for any reason.

Any dispute with the company with respect to deposit, margin money etc. and producing an appropriate proof thereof, shall be subject to arbitration as per the Rules, Byelaws/Regulation of NSE/BSE or its clearing corporation/clearing house.
